Goals & Objectives

Tennis improves physical health and fitness skills, as well as the development of motor skills. Participants will: 

  1. Demonstrate knowledge of tennis strategies and techniques. 

  2. Maintain physical health, fitness, strength and agility. 

  3. Identify and apply teamwork strategies with a diverse range of athletes.

  4. Develop a support system of friends and teammates to help build self-confidence. 

  5. Encourage lifelong exploration and commitment to physical activity and fitness.
