Previously approved direct billing participants who are taking three or more classes

select "offline payment" at checkout.

Registration closes February 23rd or when classes reach capacity.

Please note:

There will be a lottery for BYP Test Kitchen Classes. The class tuition is $300 for 10 weeks.

Due to space constraints, support staff are not permitted in the Test Kitchen.

This class is designed for students who can work independently and practice kitchen and food safety skills.
