Goals & Objectives

Our Fitness With Friends class provides the opportunity for all participants to increase health-related physical fitness that is modified for each individual. Each class will incorporate exercises, activities and skills to improve and maintain flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and aerobic conditioning.  Partner activities will be included to increase socialization skills and teamwork. Participants will:
  • Learn how to maintain healthy habits and maintain a lifestyle of a love of fitness

  • Experience a boost in physical fitness resulting in increased energy and self-confidence.

  • Explore maintainable and lifelong healthy choices in a community of friendship and support.

  • Interact with a wide range of people of a diverse range abilities and interests. 

  • Encourage lifelong exploration and commitment to physical activity and fitness.
