Goals & Objectives
Dance Fitness is a lively, music-driven workout that blends dance routines with cardio exercise to boost health, coordination, and energy. It’s a fun and accessible way for people of all levels to stay active and enjoy moving to the beat.
Through participation in these classes, participants will:

Develop better balance, coordination, self-confidence, increased energy and endurance through physical activity.
