Backyard Players

Our Mission:

Backyard Players is an inclusive, arts-based community program, open to the public for participants age 14 and older. We work to give every person a space so that together we can share ideas and experience openness, joy and creativity. We believe that through inclusion there is diversity and strength.

Love, Nana is a community service initiative that spreads kindness by creating and delivering care packages and stories that offer comfort, connection, and love to families welcoming a new baby.

School Programs

Backyard Players partners with school districts to offer four inclusive programs that provide students with hands-on, real-world experiences supporting career exploration, workplace readiness, and community engagement.

Side Door Studios

Side Door Studios is the creative production space of Backyard Players, where custom apparel, signage, gifts, and promotional products are brought to life while creating meaningful opportunities to learn, create, and connect. All items are for sale at the Front Porch Market.
